1. No Refund After Service Starts
Once any of the following has begun, no refund will be provided:

Any technical or marketing work
This is because time, tools, and manpower are already invested.
2. Advance Payment Is Non-Refundable

3. Refund Only If Work Has Not Started

4. Advertising Budget Is Non-Refundable
Any amount paid towards:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

Other ad platforms
is not refundable by Clientlix under any condition, as it is directly controlled by the advertising platforms.
5. Project Delays
Delays caused by:

Late client responses

Missing content or approvals

Technical access not provided
do not qualify for any refund.
6. Cancellation of Services
If client chooses to cancel services after work has started:

Client remains responsible for any pending dues
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any false chargeback or payment dispute may lead to:
