Marketing results depend on:

Market competition

Client’s product, pricing, and service quality

Budget and targeting
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:

Timely content, approvals, and feedback

Required access to hosting, website, ad accounts, or GMB if needed
Delay in client response may delay project timelines, for which Clientlix will not be responsible.
5. Payments & Billing

Work begins only after advance payment

Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or campaign scaling

All payments are non-transferable
Clientlix reserves the right to pause or stop services if payments are delayed.
6. Refund & Cancellation

No refund once the project or service has started

Advance payment is non-refundable

Marketing spend paid to ad platforms is not refundable by Clientlix
Refund will only be considered if no work has been initiated by Clientlix.
Final decision remains with Clientlix management.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Clientlix is not responsible for:

Google Business suspensions

Ad account bans
-
Policy changes
-
Hosting or server downtime
-
Payment gateway issues
These platforms are governed by their own policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, Clientlix owns all intellectual property rights of website content, designs, and materials until full payment is received.
